Processing of personal information in connection with the newsletter service

The Danish National ID Centre collects and processes your data for the purpose of sending an e-mail with the newsletter from the Centre’s website.

More specifically, the Centre will collect and process your e-mail address. The collected information will also be used for producing statistics showing e.g. how many users open the newsletter or click on the active links in it. The Danish National ID Centre will disclose your email address only to the supplier of the newsletter´s service for the purpose of sending it to you. Currently, Netcompany is the Centre´s supplier, www.netcompany.com/en-GB (new window).

By subscribing to this service, you consent to the collection and processing of your email address by the Danish National ID Centre, in order to allow the Centre to perform its service.
The Danish National ID Centre will retain your email address as long as your account is active.
You can withdraw your consent at any time, by clicking on the unsubscribe link. Remember that withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on this consent before its withdrawal.

Rights linked to the processing og your personal data

According to the General Data Protection Regulation, you are entitled to:
- obtain confirmation as to whether or not your personal data are being processed, and access to the personal data
- obtain rectification and erasure of incorrect information
- obtain, free of charge, a copy of the documentation regarding your person
